3/3 Update: Need assistance this Friday, beginning by 2p to unload the pod and light the fires!
Working to solidify particulars with all the coordinators. Goal is to have tent set up and fryers in place so that they are turned on by 4:45.
K of C responsibility is ONLY to set up tent and fryers. We have NO responsibility to set up or clean-up inside (other than beer cart and beverage coolers).
SMOY now owns the fryers (will be used for fish frys and festival). Goal is to possibly have a perimeter fence installed for the fish fry weekends so that the fryers can remain onsite and cleaned.
Gary Purdue is the K of C set-up coordinator. Additional sign-up available for slinging beers.
